->BEGINNER CLASS TIMES & DESCRIPTIONS:
MMA Striking * (Foundations 101) – 6:40p-7:40p (Monday & Wednesdays) 5:30-6:30p (Tuesdays & Thursdays) This class focuses on learning stance, footwork & basic striking skills. Students learn on their own and with a partner basic striking offense and striking defense according to the Thai-style training method. It’s a fun way to work out and is very effective for self-defense situations. Our instructors care about your development, and will only teach you the safest most effective training methods.
MMA Grappling * (Foundations 101– White Belt Basics) 6:30-7:30p (Monday, Wednesdays, & Fridays/ Saturdays 10:30-11:30a) This class will cover the basic movements and core concepts of Self-Defense, MMA, & Sport BJJ from clinching to the ground phase of fighting. The curriculum is based on the Pedro Sauer method of Gracie Jiu Jitsu, students will be required to have a complete understanding of this material in order to be promoted to Blue Belt.
