Coach Ryan has been training at The Academy since 2000. He is one of the hardest working members of the school and is also a great instructor. He is a certified T.B.A. Kru (instructor) under Ajarn Chai Sirisute (Thailand) and Head Coach of the Academy Greg Nelson (USA). He is currently pursing a Bachelors Degree at he University of Minnesota. He has also fought Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), and Boxing style competitions. He is a Heavyweight Professional Muay Thai fighter, who has fought luminaries such as UFC fighter Terry Martin and many others. Ryan was the IKF North Central Regional Tournament Muay Thai Heavyweight Amateur champion in 2006.
He specializes in personal training for Men & Women of ALL LEVELS, and has a great ability to help regular people build confidence, self-discipline, and LOSE WEIGHT through Thai Kickboxing.
